Use this page to contact PhilGovGuide about a guide, a correction, or a suggestion. We read messages ourselves, and we reply when a reply is needed. This contact PhilGovGuide page is for questions about our guides only, not for applications, payments, or status checks.

Important warning: never send a reference number, password, or OTP through this form, or by any message to PhilGovGuide. We will never ask you for those details, and we cannot help with an application, a payment, or a status check even if you send them. If you need to apply, book, or pay, use the official portal link at the end of this page, and sign in there yourself.
Contact PhilGovGuide: send a message
Please keep your message short and clear. Tell us which guide you are writing about, what you found, and what you think should change. If you are reporting an error, include the page title and the sentence that looks wrong, so we can find it quickly.
Contact PhilGovGuide: what we can and cannot help with
We can help with questions about our guides, corrections to a sentence or a step, and suggestions for a future guide. We cannot help with an individual application, a payment problem, a booking change, or a status check, because those are handled only on the official portal and at branches. If you write to us about one of those, we will point you to the official portal, but we cannot act on your case.
That limit is important for your privacy as well. Because we cannot act on a case, there is no reason for us to hold your reference number, password, or OTP, and we will never ask for them. If a message claiming to be from PhilGovGuide asks for those details, do not reply with them, and report the message through the official channels you trust.
Contact PhilGovGuide: before you write
- Check the guide for your question first; the answer may already be there.
- Note the page title and the step you are asking about.
- Keep your message short, and leave out any personal account details.
- Never include a reference number, password, or OTP, even if you think it will help.
- Use the official portal for any application, booking, or payment action.
For the guides themselves, start with how to apply for NBI clearance, requirements and valid IDs, and about PhilGovGuide and our disclaimer. Those three pages answer most of the questions we receive.
Contact PhilGovGuide: frequently asked questions
Can you check my application status?
No. Contact PhilGovGuide is not a status checker, and we do not have access to application records. Use the official portal for status and follow-up, and follow branch instructions for any HIT case.
Can you book an appointment for me?
No. Booking is done on the official portal by the applicant, because biometrics and personal details are involved. Our online appointment guide explains how to book, reschedule, or fix a missed appointment yourself.
Will you reply to every message?
We read every message, and we reply when a reply is needed, especially for corrections. For general questions already answered in a guide, we may point you to that guide rather than repeating it.
Official NBI portal link
Official NBI portal (external link, not PhilGovGuide): Official NBI Clearance portal — clearance.nbi.gov.ph. Use only that portal to apply, book, or pay. Do not send application details to PhilGovGuide.
Last checked: November 3, 2026. This contact page is for guide questions only, and it is not an application, payment, or status-check service.
Contact PhilGovGuide: how we handle your message
When you use the contact PhilGovGuide form, your message is stored as a form entry and sent to the site team. We use it only to answer your question or fix a guide, and we do not share it with anyone else. If your message includes personal details by mistake, tell us in a follow-up message without repeating those details, and we will remove the original entry where we can.
Please do not use this form to send documents, photos of IDs, or screenshots that show a reference number, password, or OTP. Those details do not help us answer a guide question, and they put your account at risk if they are shared. A short, clear description of the problem is always safer and more useful than a screenshot of a personal account.
If you are writing about a guide that has changed, or a step that no longer matches the official portal, that kind of message is especially helpful. Contact PhilGovGuide readers often spot changes before we do, and your note can help the next reader avoid the same confusion. Thank you for taking the time to write, and for keeping your message free of personal account details.
